CRM and Email Campaign

As Linksys was looking to expand their relationship with consumers from just products and support service to something more emotional, they turned to BLITZ to help them develop an engaging communication plan. A CRM program, targeting their existing database and driven by email marketing, was created to highlight the lifestyle enhancements Linksys products offered. Email drove consumers to a special CRM site that allowed the users to learn about how products could help them stay connected with friends and loved ones. There they could also leave comments, criticism, praise and tips for other users.
